He is a published author, public speaker, and an advocate in the fight against childhood obesity. Scott Sonnor has been inducted into the Fitness Hall of Fame, the International Martial Arts Hall of Fame, and the Personal Trainer Hall of Fame.
TACFIT teaches methods that Navy Seals, Marines, and real-life secret agents use to build rock-hard bodies and to maintain mission readiness.
Scott Sonner was born in 1969 in Pennsylvania U.SA. Two generations before his birth, his family had emigrated to the United States from Germany. As a child, Scott overcame legal blindness. He had myopia and the disease Thygeson's Disease. He suffered from dyslexia, obesity, and osteochondrosis, which is a very painful ailment.
Scott is now a published author, public speaker, and advocate in the fight against childhood obesity. He has also worked with Donna Kanan who is with the Urban Zen Foundation. He worked with Peta Wilson's training for six months before the start of a new movie she was to be in. He has also worked with some ultimate championship mixed martial arts fighters; who are Albert Crane, Jorge Rivera, Andrei Arlovski, and Elvis Sinosic. His fitness system and circular strength training have been adopted by the United States Military and the law enforcement community. He is also credited with reintroducing Indian Clubs into the form of clubbells to be used with strength training.
