You may have heard from here and there of have read somewhere that in order for you to obtain those lean and sexy muscles, you should limit yourself from eating food. Nicely, if you are really that dedicated to achieve that goal, nicely then, that statement can be true. But hopefully, you didn't miss out all the information.
